La Petite Fleur Pavée

Surface-ripened individual cheese made in the traditional essence with a semi-soft paste, and mixed rind with ivory and pale orange color, complex yeasty rind with delicate aroma of fruits and vegetables. Paste is buttery, lactic with a clean lingering finish.
